Kudos to Scott Walker & the Wisconsin Republicans

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker (R)Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker deserves a lot of credit for staring down the professional Left and their goons in the media. This could well be a turning point in the history of our country, as conservative politicians begin in earnest the job of stripping public sector unions of their life blood - member dues.

Look for the Left to make Ohio an all out war. They may well regard it as a last stand. However, John Kasich, the OH Governor, is every bit as committed to this cause as Scott Walker was and he will not be intimidated by the union thugs.

We need men like Kasich and Walker running for the White House. No retreat, no surrender types.

Let me think.......in a free market system a person is compensated because why? They have a skill, their service or product has value, they do work others won't do? OK, I get that.

But the unions, we should pay them above average, above market compensation with excessive health and retirement benefits that are far out line with the marketplace and give them superior job security, working hours and vacations because why? Because of threats, political graft and influence? That's a crock of manure. The people with the most to lose here are the union bosses, and they appear to be a wretched bunch of goons.

By the way, these polls that say most people support collective bargaining rights are absolute BS. If the quesitons were asked corrrectly reflecting the reality of public employees being in cahoots with politicians to soak taxpayers without accountablity.......its a sure loser by a long shot.

Obama was on the way to the golf range this weekend and he gave a shout out to one of
his aids, where can i get a bigger set of balls ? The young aid responded back and replied,
Sir, try Governor Scott Walker, he works weekends........

Governors Scott Walker and John Kasich has more balls than a 48 lane bowling center, and
not a blue one in the house....
If you really want to see who loves our country and wants to see her heading back in the right
direction, just look at all the newly elected Republican Goverenrs across our nation today....

Hope is in our Future!!!!!

Late to the party again.
I echo your thoughts on Walker. Hope that he and his legislature continues to hang tough on this issue without compromise.
Anyway, this cartoon link is especially fitting:
