The following fantastic Eric Clapton performance was recommended by Bruce.  His thougths:

We attended the "One More Car, One More Rider" concert tour when it was in Phoenix, but this video from the tour was shot in Los Angeles.  At the time, it was believed that it was going to be Clapton's last tour (aren't they all?), and ironically it was probably one of Billy Preston's last performances.  This performance of "River of Tears" far exceeds any others I have seen. None can match the emotion or sonic balance by the sound engineers.  Steve Gadd's contributions as well as Preston's are unmatched as well.
