Pelosi Wouldn't Seek Another Term As Speaker?
Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at 4:00PM It's likely a mute point since it appears the Democrats will lose their majority, but a Democrat Representative from North Carolina said he heard that Pelosi wouldn't run even if Dems held the house. If I were a betting man, I'd say this is nothing but BS. There is no way on earth Pelosi would give up that gavel voluntarily.

It's "MOOT" point, but yes it is. She's just saying that because she knows she's toast. If the Democrats were even CLOSE to retaining the House she'd never be saying this.
and of course, who would want to give up the luxury of flying back and forth to California in her assigned USAF B-757? But it was going there anyway? ha
