I disagree on this one FP. If Obama appoints a tattoo czar, the ideal guy would have no experience with tattoos, would have never seen a tattoo and would be totally dedicated to imposing a new tattoo tax.
could have saved a few dollars and had lasix surgery and got rid of the goggles-they really make him look ugly and people will still call him 4-eyes. now that would be insensative and probably be classified as bullying or hate speech

I would think the only place that would hire someone like that would be a tatoo parlor as a sample board.
Thank God he got the word 'tattoo' tattooed across his neck or I would have never figured out what all that crap was.
