As if we needed him to testify to know that Congress is a joke. Having him "perform" his testimony was a waste of time and money (of which we have none). It is yet another display of the arrogance and disconnection Congress has with the American public.
this was like colbert trying to be class clown and they didn't have the gonads to send him to the office for a pee test. if stevo had any sense for his surroundings, like i guess my jokes ain't working, maybe i better tone er down, but nope he just trys the next most stupid thing to say and look for a sympathy chuckle and and and....

Don't really know about the appropriateness of this, but I loved the line about Dems looking for work in November.
