Guthrie: "Tax Cuts Are Deficit Spending"

Hey Savannah, a tax increase would decrease revenues to the government - always has, always will. Of course, your adherence to blind ideology is far more important than basing your opinions in fact. At least it is from a job security standpoint at MSNBC.
