It's very telling how Liberals call it 'Tax Cuts' which I take to mean they view the 'taxes' as money rightfully belonging to the Government, owed by the people/businesses. Repeatedly in this video, Ryan et. al. refer to the expiration of them as Tax Increases which I take to mean that the money is rightfully owned by the payer and owed to the Government as charged. It's the classic twisting of words... Bush's Tax Cuts were a reduction in the amount of money owed BY businesses.... yet the Liberals view them as a gift to business FROM the Government that they now should pay back. Who teaches these people economics??
government-funded public schools
Just more of the same from the msm...Watch these three Young Guns in the next few
years and you will see just how far the conservatives will climb the ladder...
There could be a Commander in Chief in at least a couple of them and Congressman
Paul Ryan sure has the credentials to do it real soon....
Poster child for why economics and finance should be requirements to earn a high school diploma. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in English from Tufts University but probably can't balance a checkbook. Her commenting on tax policy and the economy is like old Herb pontificating on 17th century French poetry. Meredith, better to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and confirm it.
G G: You're spot on! The GOP needs to continually hammer home the point that government programs are funded by YOUR MONEY! The government feels it is better qualified to use your money, yet they have proven time and time again that they have no clue as to how to manage it.
Social Security had a cost of living increase when the cost of living didn't go up! It was just judged to be the right thing to do. Government employees receive cross-the-board increases without justification. And on, and on ...
There are plenty of places where the government can cut expenses (see the "You Cut" program), yet they repeatedly fail to take action on them.
