I can remember my kids growing up and at Christmas time would stop whatever they were doing when Anheuser-Bush came on with a commercial showing those beautiful horses...
The left would like to destroy everything that is American along with our freedom....
Chuck - thanks for posting this - to think I might never have seen it. Brought tears to my eyes.
9/11 - such awful memories I have of that day and the year following. My (now ex) husband is a SF Firefighter - that day he called me early in the morning and told me to turn on the TV and not to go into SF. He had gotten to the firehouse early that day and the news was basted out to First Responders all over the country about the plans being hi-jacked. I was pregnant with our second, my first only 20 months old. The neighbors across the street, husband and wife were also SF firefighters - she got off duty that morning and came to my house with her two children and we watched those buildings come down and we cried without crying - if that makes any sense. Finally too shell shocked to watch the news - after all planes had been grounded, the Pentagon, Flight 93... we went to a park in some beautiful green hills so our kids could play. It was so silent.
My fathers good friend, they had dinner on 9/10 - he was on board the first plane into the North Tower... My Dad said he was so full of life that night bursting with excitement over the next chapter in his life - said he would share it when he got back from his trip to the west coast...
For over a year after - every edition of the SFFD Newspaper was a tribute to various firehouses in NY with stories of the lost. There are stories I will never forget and to this day the thought of them makes me tear up.
God bless America, land of the free, home of the brave.

They should allow the "comments", it shows what morons the "left" really are. And how un-american they've become. F**k'um, feed'um fish!

Thank you Liberty, you are a good American and the best to you and your family....
America is a true wonder of God and may she always stand tall in our eyes and
the world...She is the only hope left for true freedom and liberty.....
She would only be a empty void if not for the true American spirit and the love each
has in their heart for true forgiveness and lasting peace....
Thanks for sharing that, Liberty.
