This video was dated Oct 7, before Rangel was forced to step down from his role as chairman. Nonetheless, neither he or Waters have done a very good job of setting an example for others in the House.
Look for Maxine to "play the race card" early and often in her fight against the ethics committee. I think "the race card" used to be as rare as a joker in the deck of cards, but now I think it is just the opposite.
