It's Official: The Federal Government Is Suing Arizona

When the federal government sues a state over a law they are supposed to be enforcing to begin with, but haven't therefore creating the situation, it's time to move on.
When most AMERICAN CITIZENS (legal) are cheering for Arizona and wishing that all states would enact this law that the federal government refuses to do (it being their job and all), it's time to move on.
Knowing this 'law'-suit is going to cost millions in taxpayer money (again, it's a law majority of tax payers approve of) especially during a time of recession when employement is still extremely high, it's time to move on.
I'm moving to Australia first chance I get.
Even though all the verbal arguments from the Administration have been based upon "rampant discrimination" of the AZ law, not one word of discrimination is mentioned in the challenge from the Justice Department.
Based upon what I've heard from most legal experts, the AZ law should stand the test. Of course, I also understand that the case will be ruled upon by a Clinton appointee, so who knows what will happen.
