Ahhh, what exactly was the guy with the board under his nutz expecting? I don't get it.

Unless you're using it as a metaphor and the guy with the board under his nutz is Obama and the actions of the bike kid are Congress and we all can see what will happen but the board guy, like Obama, doesn't see what will happen.

Now it makes sense.

Unless, Obama does know his nutz will get crushed-so to speak-and he wants that to happen so he can get even more guys on the roof with bikes.
