This video has potential metaphors on sooooo many levels... let me begin to list the ways: 1. there is the "Federal Government trampling on citizens until they snap" metaphor 2. there is the "coming federal tax increases that overload the taxpayer" metaphor 3. there is the "budget deficit overloading the GDP" metaphor. and finally 4. there is the "Oprah backing that thang up" metaphor. In Barry's dreams.
The dancer is the public unions and Congress. The chair is taxpayers, the private sector, and the economy. The humiliation the woman felt laying on her back on the floor as her friends laughed hysterically is the place in history the Obama presidency will hold.
