Memphis City Schools (majority black) have wasted millions and millions. They just got a grant from the Gates Foundation and somewhere else totaling $60 million dollars. That money will go down the toilet. Why? Because the parents don't care. Michelle's all about rising above and not letting the whities keep them down... uh, perhaps you and yours should give a crap first (stop making so many babies, when they're still babies and then living off the gove'ment to support them). Probably would come a lot farther than playing the race card at ever turn.

Also, the MCS head of all security (black man) makes more than $40,000 MORE a year than the chief of MPD (white man) and has about 1/10 of the officers that the MPD has.
