Elena Kagan Got Owned By Conservatives on the Supreme Court

Listen to this absolute thrashing Kagan takes arguing "it's fine if the law bans books because the government will never enforce it". Really?

I didn't realize Elena Kagan was so closely related to Porky Pig.

"Th-th-th-that's all folks!"

In other words a person whose life is supposedly devoted to the law doesn't believe in the law or its enforcement. That's what we need on the supreme court, an unprincipled stutterer.

This is probably the most clear cut presentation of the liberal view of how it wishes to interpret laws, and she appears to be a willing "standard bearer" for this cause. In the liberal view, the law must be interpreted in a flexible manner that can change over time depending upon the social conditions of the day. Interpret the laws in ways that make you feel good.
Cutting to the chase: This completely overrides the entire purpose of the Constitution and the founding of the United States; that we were to be a country ruled by LAW and not a country ruled by MAN.
