I Like Tim Scott

Tim Scott beat the son of the late Strom Thurmond last night in a SC GOP primary. From where I sit, this guy looks very strong and is said to be favored to win the general election in November. I'm sure the mainstream media will find some creative way to twist this to show conservative racism.

According to the "Left" Mr. Scott can't win because Conservatives are racist. I guess they'll have to "recalibrate" after November.

Just shows what power Governor Palin has behind her when she endorses a candidate....
She said Jim Scott is the man for the job and South Carolina must think he is also...
Thank you Governor and Go Scott....

It's really amazing how a bunch bigots and racists can elect a black conservative over a white conservative. I guess it just goes to show what we've been saying all along. It's not the race, it's the politics.

I can already hear the cries of Uncle Tom, house boy, sellout, etc. Hope he gets elected.

I live in S.C. and I can tell you for certain that conservatives here DO NOT care what color a man's skin is, but we DO care about his character.

Republicans traditionally have stood for the rights of all-- no matter what color their skin. It's a perverse twist the Dem's and progressive liberals call consertives and Christians "haters".
