Consider this... the first time I saw this drawing, there was the explanation from the mother of the young artist that she works at Home Depot and that the item is not, in fact, a stripper pole but a shovel and that during the snow storms people were lining up to buy them. However, the metaphor still works: Pelosi holds the tool (pun intended), while the taxpayers fork over money to get sh*t shoveled down their throats.
