Obama Names New Czar of Tanning
Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 11:00AM Lost in all the hoopla around the oil speech, Obama named Billy McQuirk Czar of Tanning. He will be in charge of making sure people are properly bronzed when laying in the sun.

That is absolutely hilarious. Looks like the Czar needs to review hand placement when you fall asleep at the beach.
That hand print seems to be a little large to be a female. Not that there is anything wrong with that (in the Obama administration).
