Obama Names New Czar of Crunk

Jimmy "Dime Bag" Williams has been named Czar of Crunk by Barack Obama. No one knows what his duties will be, but when asked, Williams said he intended to live, "Straight up crunk" and to "represent". When asked what he was representing, he did not really know.
