Obama Names New Czar of Border Law Enforcement

Barack Obama continued his steady march of naming new czars on Thursday. Today he named little known drifter Earl Tuttle Czar of Border Law Enforcement. His only known qualifications are sleeping near the Rio Grande and wearing a shirt that proclaims, "I am the Law". Apparently, he is now.
