Captain America Will Not Go To Jail!
Monday, May 24, 2010 at 9:04PM The Brevard County doctor who was arrested for groping a woman while dressed as Captain America with a burrito in his pants will not go to jail. Instead, he'll work the graveyard shift at Taco Bell for 12 months. As a condition of the plea bargain, he is not allowed near mexican food harder than a soft taco.
