This ties right back to Krauthammer saying the administration is lawless. If this issue gets too tough, Sestak will have to go and maybe that's how Obama's good friend Spector gets the nod even though he lost the primary. Nothing would suprise me.

On another note, Gibbs is a useless windbag. The sum total of the value of his pronouncements since becoming Press Secretary = zero.

It is the federal government that is in the doghouse on this one. The issue I see for Sestak is if he doesn't tell what happened he may not get elected because the people of Pennsylvania will think he is just another lying politician. And Herb, you are absolutely right on Gibbs.

All outstanding points. IF we had an unbiased press and IF we had a fair minded Attorney General, this thing good absolutely blow up into a huge story. Of course, as has been pointed out, the chances of that occurring are zero.
