FL Pundit - Meet The Family Day

Since we have so many regulars who visit and/or comment now, I thought I'd give you a brief glimpse into the life of the FL Pundit family. Needless to say, it revolves around baseball. This is my 14 year-old son Nick taking a batting lesson earlier this week. He plays catcher and will be trying out for his high school team in the next few months.

That kid is 14? I think you're pulling our chain Pundit.

Thanks for showing Pundit. Pretty cool. Kid has some talent!

Great swing and tempo. I think the catcher position is the toughest in baseball.

That's a great looking swing. I'd say he has some power, huh?

No doubt about it Bruce. He blocks extremely well, so he gets beat up pretty good some games. Definitely not a position for sissies (aka - liberals).

Great stroke for a kid that young. I hear they grow some pretty good ballplayers in Florida. Looks like you might have one there.

He's got as much bat speed as my old lady with the rolling pin after Herb stumbles in drunk at 2AM on bowling night. And that is saying something.

Pundit this kid has a good eye for the ball, his swing isn't bad either....The power ball
will come in college as his growth really begins...

Swing low sweet chariot and make old Dad proud... <<<I know he will Pundit>>>

Thanks for all the nice comments about his swing. They made my sons day. By the way, he went 2 for 5 today with 3 RBIs, so they didn't hurt him on the field either.
