Obama 's Chief Russian Negotiator In Embarrassing Web Video Flap

The chief nuclear arms negotiator for the Obama administration has been caught in an embarrassing video. Vlad Tolstoy, Deputy Director of Russian Affairs, was chewed up and spit out by a couple of Russian rubes in a side splitting game of "Wooden Spoon To Head". Previously described by the American press as "a brilliant tactical negotiator with intelligence and wit to burn", he comes off as a mentally challenged simpleton who tolerates pain like 5 year-old pansy.
