The girl on the pony is the tax paying American citizen. The ostrich chasing and lording over her is big government Democrats trying to take all her money. The pony you see at the end is China bailing on loaning America anymore money.

That pretty much sums it up. I love the way the girl tries to crawl away from the beast but is eventually pecked clean. That's what I feel like the Democrats have done to me every time I look at my check stub.
