Wow, great debate. I may have to start watching CNBC. Did you catch Kudlow make the connection between Tea Partiers and the "whole political tide". Awesome. I'd say, again, that the MSM tide is turning - you can't argue with facts. Good job Ryan - keeping it simple and to the point.

Ryan is so consistent, unflappable, prepared and on message. The other guy was all over the map. The NJ dolt is the type the Tea Partiers want to send packing. Can't even conceive of a possible spending cut. Thinks we should be grateful for the so called "tax cut" last year which was a one time give away while incremental rates are going to go up in the coming year for many earners in the top half (i.e. those that actually pay federal taxes). He doesn't get it, Ryan does.

Going after Bush years employment and trickle down.....are you freaking kidding me. That is a dead nuts loser. Criticizing Reagan-type growth policies as "trickle down" is nothing more than a typical liberal slogan without a basis in fact. Look at the growth in federal tax receipts under Reagan. Look an unemployment averaging about 5% under Bush despite the dot com bust, Enron/Worldcom/Tyco accounting scandals shaking financial markets, 9/11, etc.

Yes I hate that Reagan couldn't get spending cuts with Tip O'Niell and Tom Foley running the House and Senate. Yes I hate that Bush and the slim Republican majorities in Congress for some of his presidency increased spending so much and created new entitlements. Dems have had Congress since 2006, how have things gone since then? How about the stink raised when Jim Bunning stood alone against the Senate to hold them to their own new pay-go rule? The nerve of this old fossil to throw rocks for spending that's not paid for, as if what happened 8 years ago that was bad makes it OK to do quadruple bad today. He asks Ryan why spending wasn't cut over the last 8 years, as if Dems would have let it happen.

This guy is a joke. The talking points he has are a joke. Vote out the incumbents, especially those over 60 years old. Ryan rocks!
