They should build Henry Waxman a cage, make him wear a mask like Dr. Hannibal Lecter
wore in Silence of the Lambs for this man is frighting just to look at....They could make a
movie about those twin intake turbans on his face, you can look up those things and see
light coming in from his ears....You need a set of safety instructions on wind velocity and
magnitude of motion if this guy ever blows those honkers.......
