The Dumbest Human Being On Earth (EDIT)
Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 12:53PM It has come to my attention that the comments made by the honorable Congressman may have something to do with his Hepatitis C. If that is indeed the case, my apologies for the earlier abuse. However, it does beg the question, if he is that incompetent due to illness, why has he not been removed from office? Anyone? Bueller?

Pardon my french, but how could anyone elect such a dumbass? I mean this guy isn't fit to empty portable toilets, much less vote on legislation like the Health Care bill (he voted yes).
Your tax dollars at work, Ladies and Gentlemen.
Hank's staff was quick to post this on Wikipedia:
Guam capsizing comments
During a House Armed Services Committee hearing in March 2010, Johnson asked several questions of Admiral Robert F. Willard of the United States Pacific Command concerning the U.S. military installation on the island of Guam. The questions eventually led to Johnson telling Admiral Willard "My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize."[20][21] This line of questioning prompted Atlanta political pundit, Jim Galloway, to say, "Unfortunately, we can’t say [this] is an April Fool’s Day prank."
"I wasn’t suggesting that the island of Guam would literally tip over," said Johnson. "I was using a metaphor to say that with the addition of 8,000 Marines and their dependents – an additional 80,000 people during peak construction to the port on the tiny island with a population of 180,000 – could be a tipping point which would adversely affect the island’s fragile ecosystem and over burden its already overstressed infrastructure.
"Having traveled to Guam last year, I saw firsthand how this beautiful – but vulnerable - island is already overburdened, and I was simply voicing my concerns that the addition of that many people could tip the delicate balance and do harm to Guam."[22]
There were no excuses cited for his stammering on the remainder of his questions or why he "tipped" to the left when referring to the fear that addition to the population would cause the island to tip over and capsize. Having a "tipping" point is one thing, but I've never heard of a "capsize" point. The excuse is nothing but spin and disingueous at best.
Congratulations Atlanta! Please show us you can do better on 11/2/2010.
OK, it's funny but I heard on Limbaugh this afternoon that this guy has had Hepatitis C for over 10 years and his liver is about gone - along with his mind it seems. So, I'd say go easy on this one.
Agreed. I've made the appropriate adjustments to the post.
Pundit I had no idea the guy was sick and if the illness effected him in any way...I've
watched him since he ran for office and to the best of my memory, i can't recall him
having any problem with speaking...I apologize to Mr. Johnson and ask you to please
remove my post from the site...
CWC: I agree, regarding Hep C. I had no idea he suffered from it, or if his behavior was influenced by it. Nonetheless, if he is incompetent to serve, then he should recuse himself.
Also, it doesn't explain the spin his staff put on his behavior. They never called into question his ability to serve due to his illness, only that he was referencing the ecological "tipping" point.
I'd appreciate some honesty, but doubt that it will ever materialize.
Do they prescribe medicinal marijuana for hepatitis c?????
That would be pharmaceutical redundancy, lunar366. Democrats already have to be zooted up, just to soothe their conscience.
Can you believe this is MY f*&%ing Congressman from GA?? This same seat was once held by our infamously looney Cynthia Tucker. The 4th district of HJ is located from SE to NE Atlanta. This is quite a swath and therefore a black voting majority exists. The other Dem alternative is a nut job himself, Vernon Jones, our former DeKalb county CEO that has given our local county government huge burdens to overcome. So who do they vote for in a predominately black district? Look for a moderate the blue dogs can vote for, unfortunately they need to find one fast. There is supposedly an "official" write-in candidate that has a shot in our "open" democratic primary (they hate that) if you write their name in. Oh yeah, Hanky does have Hep-C and likely on quite a few meds.
Horsebutt is in the house! You back for good HB? We've been worried about you.
In my heart I never left. My computer was in the repair shop. I stay on Fl Pundit 24 hrs. a day and when I sleep at night my head falls in a position so that I drool on the ASDF keys and short them out.
Did you ever try to type a comment without using those four letters? That is why some of my comments sounded so stupid. It was never because of " my condition".
Side note to 'B-rude', you guys in Atlanta have had your share of idiots in political office. Cynthia Tucker, now she is a real case of Hep-C. Is she still connected with that worthless newspaper?
I think we should test the entire Democrat party for Hep-C. Somebody like Barney Frank could spread it pretty fast with his sloppy kisses. (Sorry! bad visual)
Hey Hosebutt, I meant former Cynthia McKinney, the hair, the 911 conspiracy buff, and Iraq sympathizer. She's not sure about Holocaust either. Remember that last run at Congress security; "Don't you know who I am?!" .
I hear she is in Oakland trying the green party thing....
We sure can pick them down here
I understand the mix up B-rude. I had not thought about it before, but those two Cynthias did seem to share the same brain (or lack of).
Yeah, that,"Don't you know who I am?" comment brought back some funny memories. If she had any sense at all, she would be saying,"I pray to God that nobody knows who I am".
Thanks for the reply. Many good people in Atlanta as well as the rest of Georgia(GeorgiaDawg). Lots of people there participating in the Online Tax Revolt, I guess because of Neil Boortz.
