Marion Barry Or Dan Quayle (2)?

You have to love these two guys. Marion Barry made some of the dumbest comments in the history of public life, and though I love his politics, Dan Qualye was right there with him. Based on that, let's play another round of Marion Barry or Dan Quayle?

This quote is an especially touching reference to those who served in Vietnam?

"The brave men who died in Vietnam, more than 100% of which were black, were the ultimate sacrifice."

More than 100% of whom were black? I'm assuming he may have hit the crack pipe just before that comment. I'm going with BSMU (Bitch Set Me Up).

IT has's got to be Marion. Even Dan would 't think up a remark like that. But I have not been right all of the time.

;Dan might not be able to spell, but I think he knows a little about math, so I'll have to go with Barry.

It has to be Marion "Crack Whore" Barry! Probably high on crack when uttered...

Marion Barry is the only dupe dumb enough to utter that line. BSMU!
