Harry Reid Proves Once Again He Is A Useless Idiot
Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 10:37AM (FLP Opinion) - If there is a dumber person in the United States Senate than Harry Reid I'd like to see them. Don't get me wrong, stupidity seems to run rampant in the world's greatest deliberative body, but Reid stands out as a special kind of idiot. He added to his hefty resume yesterday by suggesting that men are beating the crap out of their women because they can't find work.
Following excerpts from The Hill:
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) suggested Monday that domestic violence by men has increased due to U.S. joblessness.
Reid, speaking in the midst of a Senate debate over whether to pass a $15 billion package meant to spur job creation, appeared to argue that joblessness would lead to more domestic violence.
"I met with some people while I was home dealing with domestic abuse. It has gotten out of hand," Reid said on the Senate floor. "Why? Men don't have jobs."Reid said that the effects of joblessness on domestic violence were especially pronounced among men, because, Reid said, women tend to be less abusive.
"Women don't have jobs either, but women aren’t abusive, most of the time," he said.
"Men, when they're out of work, tend to become abusive," the majority leader added. "Our domestic crisis shelters in Nevada are jammed.”
The guy is clearly an idiot. Below is a poster he was reportedly ready to roll-out in low-income areas across the country.

Absolutely classic. Love the poster!
I have to say, I laughed out loud at that poster. That is too freaking much. You should send a link to Scott Brown's office so he can see what a knucklehead he his.
Poster is a freaking all-timer! Judging from that swelled eye, Eunice's old man must have been out of work for some time.
No, no Harry, this is the Bamsters Hope and Change kicking the crap out of these women...
Sometimes you do get what you can't and don't see and you will get plenty more to come
down the road.. keep yourself mesmerized and follow the doodling idiot in shametown...
I think Harry is just projecting his own personal beliefs and feelings. He feels inadequate and inferior, so he has to project his feelings onto others in order to justify his own feelings.
My guess is after the next election, Mrs. Ried is in for a real ass whuppin'.
Maybe he's talking about those "Light skinned blacks" with no "Negro dialect"... Harry needs to go!
I imagine Harry also believes that global warming is responsible as well!
Think he would ever accept that "personal responsibility" has something to do with it?
