Could This Be What Obama Really Thinks Of His Health Care Bill?

(Satire) - Barrack Obama released details of his own health care bill earlier today and gave a few brief remarks about the contents of the bill. Oddly enough, there was another script of those remarks that the administration reportedly drew up as an inside joke. Not surprisingly, FL Pundit was able to secure a copy of that draft:

Idiot Conservatives,

With the release of my own health care bill, you are one step closer to being totally humped. Allow me to take a few minutes to address some of your concerns:

On the question of the health care bill bankrupting the country - Yes, we know that the bill will bankrupt the country, but we also know that it will likely buy us enough votes with it will enable us to hold power when the country falls. So... Democrats will be in place to rebuild this country from the ground up, in our image, not yours. Are you welling up with tears yet?

Concerning quality of care - Yes, the quality of health care is going to really suck. We know this, but we really don't care. Get ready to stand in line. The additional 30M people we are going to provide with free health care will vote for us at a 90% clip. Deal with it.

Regarding taxes - Yes, taxes are going up - way up. If you're a producer, you've been living off the fat of the land with no consequences for too long. That all changes with this bill. Let's face it, you hit the lottery and lottery winners pay a lot of tax. Ahh, shut up! I can hear you whining from here.

Concerning providing care to illegal aliens - Yes, we will provide illegal aliens with free health care, but we will claim that we aren't. Heck, if possible we'll move them to the front of the line. This is about taking care of our constituents - present and future - not providing health care to a bunch of ingrates like yourselves. Too bad the mass of great unwashed morons are too stupid to realize just how corrupt we are! Of course, that's your problem, not ours. Suckers.

Regarding Republican amendments - No, we will not make any changes or take any Republican amendments. We will utilize the reconciliation process in the Senate to pass this bill with only 51 votes. The good news? There isn't one thing you'll be able to do about it. Best of all, the idiot voters that populate this country will never know the better of it. They're so tone deaf they couldn't hear a locomotive tearing through a nitro-glycerine plant. Sucks to be you, huh?

In closing, I'd like to announce that you Idiot Conservatives are about to be owned. Now quit crying and complaining or I'll instruct my attack dog named the Mainstream Media to make up more salacious stories about you.

Is there any doubt that this is exactly what they think? I don't think so.

Well done Pundit. Funny, yet also revolting when you consider how close this probably is to how they feel.

So true. The scumbags are going to jam this thing down our throats and they don't give two craps if we like it or not. I hope they loose their asses in the mid-terms.

There is no doubt that this proposal was written in much the same way as you'd negotiate for a car. This proposal is the "sticker price". Obama expects the Republicans to come in with a counter offer while retaining all or most of the original proposal. This proposal has nothing pertaining to malpractice/tort reform, or open competition of health insurers. To the contrary, the proposal calls for government control of the health insurance pricing.
The proposal is a total rip-off, and hopefully "The Party of NO" will see it for what it is and will be able to educate the public why it is being rejected, and why their commonsense alternatives are falling on deaf ears.
This whole exercise is merely a political ploy by the Obama administration to gain the upper hand in public opinion. The Republicans need to be prepared to convincingly expose it as such.

Like I said before, go to the meeting and lay down 8-10 items the conservatives feel should
be in this bill and tell these obnoxious Poo Pooers, when they are ready to discuss this to call
you...Don't let Dear Leader use this as a Dog and Pony show are a photo opt, Show this Clown
what it means to have a PAIR, other then to tease Crissy Mathews with...

I've heard one liberal talking head after another claim Americans want comprehensive health care. Yeah? On what freaking planet? I've never seen a piece of legislation more roundly rejected by the American public in my entire life.
