Famous Quotes In Liberal Idiot History

Guess what revered liberal idiot uttered this statement:

"I would think that if you understood what Communism was, you would hope, you would pray on your knees, that we would someday become communists."

I will announce the culprit at 10:00 tonight.

That has Fonda or Glover written all over it. I'm going with Glover.

Any are capable of it and all likely believe it, but I'll say Fonda.

Tough one! All of them believe the communism part, but which one believes in getting on your knees and praying......I'm going with Glover.....He's never said anything that makes sense.

Great point Horsebutt. I'm going to say it was that idiot Baldwin. He makes absurd comments as frequently as most people use the bathroom.

The one and only," Hanoi Jane " anti-war zealot during the Viet Nam era...This POS caused a
lot of grief for returing and wounded GI's here in the good old USA.. I only have a few words
for Ms. Fonda...."sit on it bit*h."

After disqualifying Baldwin because the sentence is too long (he's the doofus who failed to follow through on his promise to move to France in 2000, right?) I'm going with Hanoi jane.

Great contest! I've got to go with Glover, but I'm sure any of the four could have said it.

February 2, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterBruce

Gotta be fonda but it could be any of them and I think thats sad.

February 2, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterJimf

Well whoever said it should be taxed at a 100% rate and be made to live in a goulag

February 2, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterJimf

It's got to be that piece of human debris Jane Fonda. She couldn't be more anymore contemptible if she drove over a box of puppies.

Glover. He's a first rate idiot - like the rest of them - and has made a lot of communist sympathizing statements.

This seems to have really caught on. I'll make it a regular fixture of the site. There is a boatload of material from these dolts.

"Communism is one of the options that can improve people's lives."
-- Tom Hayden, former California State Senator as quoted in the New York Times on 18 April 1975

"I would think that if you understood what Communism was, you would hope, you would pray on your knees, that we would someday become communists."
-- Jane Fonda speaking to a student audience at the Michigan State University on Nov. 22, 1969

"I, a socialist, think that we should strive toward a socialist society, all the way to communism."
-- Jane Fonda, 11 December 1970, according to the House Committee on Internal Security (HCIS)

"To make the revolution in the United States is a slow day-by-day job that requires patience and discipline. It is the only way to make it... All I know is that despite the fact that I am one of the people who benefit from a capitalist society, I find that any system which exploits other people cannot and should not exist."
-- Jane Fonda, during a telephone interview with the People's World, the West Coast's Communist Party publication 18 July 1970

"We've got to establish a Socialist economic structure that will limit private profit-oriented businesses. Whether the transition is peaceful depends on the way our present governmental leaders react. We must commit our lives to this transition... We should be very proud of our new breed of soldier... It's not organized but it's mutiny, and they have every right."
-- Jane Fonda, reported by Karen Elliott, Dallas Morning News at the University of Texas 11 December 1971

"We understand that Nixon's aggression against Vietnam is a racist aggression, that the American war in Vietnam is a racist war, a white man's war... We deplore that you are being used as cannon fodder for U.S. imperialism."
-- Jane Fonda speaking to South Vietnamese soldiers at the height of the Vietnam War

Isn't it strange that these clowns and other "entertainers" have a platform to speak from only because Americans(including conservatives) gave them millions of dollars to entertain us. I have made a personal decision to not buy music, go to a movie, buy or rent a DVD, go to or watch a sporting event, until our combat soldiers can come home and live a financially comfortable life. If they didn't protect you, then no one could entertain you. Sorry, I got off subject. I won't do it anymore.

Dang I got home from work to late to get in on the action. Lois that was beautiful post I may have to send that to my friends and family. FL the people who enjoy this site are to damn smart and timely I feel you should bring in some liberal idiots to make things fair.

February 2, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterBossdan

Because we all know fair is the ultimate human endeavor.

February 2, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterBossdan

Yeah, Lois unloaded the goods on me. She came with multiple examples of unbelievably stupid comments from Fonda. An idiot traitor if there ever was one.

February 2, 2010 | Registered CommenterChuck (FL Pundit)

Fonda is a C***! Always has been. I believe the statement is hers.

February 2, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterDano

June 6, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterTerrance
