Random Cultural Suggestion

As some of you know, I'm a huge music fan, so I've decided it makes sense to throw out a random musical suggestion now and again.

Johnny Carson was a huge Allman Brothers fan. He particularly liked how they were willing to come on the Tonight Show and play with Doc and the band. Most rock acts wanted to play on their own - no jazz band accompaniment necessary. The ABB didn't see it that way, so we get this great piece of music from their appearance in August of 1990 (ABB/Tonight Show Band part starts at 4:25):

Excellent addition and have to admit I've never seen this clip.
Always liked ABB, and often thought Dickey Betts was underrated. Love their music style.

Freaking awesome! How about Dickie Betts with the tats and Doc Severinson with the red sport coat side-by-side. Priceless!

A big thanks Pundit, brings back old memories of Johnny Carson's Tonight Show with ABB and
all the great guests he showcased....We lost a great one when johnny left the scene and late night was not the same after that....Music has always held a special place and a love of mine and still is today, the old time rock of the fifties and early sixties and the soft rock classic's that was so sweet
for the soul...

That was sizzling and I was never a big ABB fan. I think this may have changed my opinion.
