(Satire) - This cannot be confirmed yet, but police in Washington D.C. have reportedly put out an APB for Biff and Lance (seen below). They reportedly escaped from the basement of Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) earlier today. Both were last seen skipping down the road whistling show tunes.
