More Proof Obama Is In Completely Over His Head

Obama looking absolutely lost at press conference today(FLP Opinion) - Watching the Obama administration handle the aftermath of the Christmas Day terrorist attempt, is like watching a group of five-year olds try to dock a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier - blindfolded. They're absolutely clueless.
Now word comes that the CIA had been tracking the muslim derelict who set his crotch on fire since August, yet he was still able to jump on a plane with no luggage, a one-way ticket and 80 grams of explosives sewn into his panties (you couldn't call those underwear).
Are you kidding me?
Panties terrorist had packed with explosivesThis administrations handling of foreign affairs has become a serious joke - similar to Air America trying to operate in a free market. They had been disingenuously effective during the 2008 campaign at positioning the Bush administration as extreme-right with a thirst for war. Who looks dangerous and out of the mainstream now?
The American public is quickly realizing that they made a big mistake in electing Obama. Likewise, the press is concluding that the job of making this guy look credible is going to be far harder than anticipated, and cost what little integrity some of them have left.
In short, we have a mess on our hands. If you're not worried yet, you should be.
Ronald Reagan won't be coming to save us.

I continue to be stunned at the ineptness of this administration. I know I shouldn't be, but I am. How did we elect this guy? Your point about the press is very insightful. I think they realize they've bitten off more than they can chew.
The blind, dumb and stupid leading a country of morons that elected them. Almost fitting.
Is there a grade lower than zero? I mean, would a double zero be twice as bad?
The system Barry inherited was flawed and there was human error. He's ordered a study which will fix everything. In other words, Barry did nothing wrong and everything's cool because he's in charge. Oh yeah, and Bush is the source of the problems.
Herb,
According to Andrea Mitchell (NBC News) this morning, much of this happened because the President had just arrived in Hawaii on vacation and really couldn't be expected to be up to speed based on that and the time change. I've never seen a reporter work so hard to defend a Democrat, and I've seen them work very hard.
Willie Geist responded to her claim with this: "I don't think most American's will find that a satisfactory explanation Andrea."
Andrea Mitchell is the poster child for biased reporters. She doesn't even try to disguise it. Thankfully she disguises her face by using a trowel to cake on the makeup.
Get real. While Obama is the worst choice for Present that I have seen in my 46 years, the "knicker bomber" incident is not something that can be fairly blamed on him and his administration. He inherited from Bush the poorly organized system that let the scumbag get past the lists.
You don't have to place blame on Obama where it does not belong. There are plenty of things that really are Obama's fault.
How much time are we supposed to give this guy before it's his responsibility Steve? I think you're assertion is ridiculous. If I'd been in a job for 11 1/2 months, I doubt my boss would say, don't worry about not hitting your sales quota, that idiot that worked here before you made it impossible for you do the job.
Bush went seven plus years with zero attacks on the country. We've had three in the past eleven months under the freaking genius. I wouldn't be so quick to pass this off as Bush's responsibility.
The big 0 got elected by every headstone in the country.
I don't want Reagan to "save us." He didn't save us the first time...Reaganomics was a failure and anyone with any foresight extended beyond three months would know that. Reagan was a Neo-con just like Bush, they are of the same mold. True Obama is an utter failure, anyone who still stands by him is probably just having a hard time admitting they were wrong, but the answer is not to go back to Neo-con policies. What we need is a TRUE conservative in the mold of a Ron Paul or George Washington (Yes, George Washington...it's been that long since we had a truly Great and truly American President), not Reagan...This was a good article until that last sentence.
Matt, wouldn't you agree that Ronald Reagan was largely responsible for pulling us from the malaise of the Jimmy Carter years? Didn't he usher in that optimism, confidence and a can-do spirit that was missing after four years liberal politics? Whether you liked his economic policies or not, can't you give the guy some credit for being a great leader when this nation sorely needed one?
Like it does now.
This is the end of the two-party political system in the United States. If healthcare is administered by the government and 30 to 40 million people are added to the system, this achieves the Democrats objective of 51% suckling the big government t**. And if healthcare falls, then the energy producers will be the next (i.e. oil). Then we will be just like Canada and Mexico, and our elections will be just to elect an administrator of a socialist system.
