This looks just like what happened to my old neighborhood that I grew up in.
I went by the old place a couple of years ago & the people (if you wanna call 'em that) living in my old house had a couple windows boarded up, part of a brick wall was collapsed...

I'll say this much, Michelle Obama does clean up well, but she looks like she just rolled out of bed in that outfit.
