ClimateGate: The Real Scandal

(FLP Opinion) - The ClimateGate email scandal broke in Britain earlier this week. It could become one of the biggest stories of the last decade, as the emails seem to indicate that global warming was a manufactured hoax. However, the MSM are determined to make sure that's not the case.

This is another excellent example of the most common sin committed by network "news" organizations - the sin of omission. They simply don't tell us what is going on if it doesn't fit their agenda. Letting American's in on the possibility that global warming was made up by the far-left fringes certainly doesn't fit the narrative they have been crafting for years.

 

That being said, you're probably not going to hear from the MSM about ClimateGate until the story is so widespread (through Fox News, conservative radio and the blogosphere) that they are forced to report it. An outcome not dissimilar to these familiar stories that went unreported by the MSM in recent weeks:

• Van Jones
• Acorn
• Anita Dunn

It would be far more accurate to refer to these organizations as what they truly are - propaganda firms for the Democrat Party.

 

Calling them news organizations is like referring to Obama as a conservative. It's an outright lie.
